Dimora Controvento is a newly built property located in Santa Maria del Focallo, 80 meters from the golden beach, Blue Flag.
The house is on one level and consists of: kitchen-living room with sofa and an elegant glass dining table, 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with a French bed and a bathroom with shower.
Outside, the house is surrounded by two verandas, one with built-in kitchen, gas barbecue and a bathroom with laundry, the other perfect for moments of relaxation.
The house is located in a very central position: there is a restaurant in walking distance while in a few minutes by car you can reach a lido, a bakery and a small market for basics.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

The house was very beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped. Everything was tastefully and generously furnished. Cinzia is a very friendly hostess who always responded quickly. We were completely satisfied with our stay and can recommend the house 100%!
We were very happy with the accommodation – everything looked exactly like the photos and matched the description. The hosts were super friendly, they were available at any time, and we were even allowed to check in early, which was very convenient. Overall, the facilities were very good; we didn't lack anything, and we felt very comfortable. We can definitely recommend the accommodation.
Our stay at Dimora Controvento was very great. The house was perfect for our needs. Everything was to our satisfaction. The proximity to the beach is great, and so is the beach itself. The handover of the accommodation went quickly and smoothly. Everything was explained to us and a cold bottle of Prosecco was waiting for us in the kitchen – our holiday could begin! Thank you very much for everything.
Wie waren insgesamt 2Pärchen und haben den Aufenthalt absolut genossen! die Kommunikation und Hilfe der Vermieter war wunderbar und zuvorkommend. der Weg zum wunderschönen Strand waren max. 2Minuten Umliegend gibt es mehrere Restaurants. Wir würden wieder kommen!
Ein Top-Villa! Die Lage zum Strand war super. Nur 1 Minute Fußweg. Die Besitzerin und ihr Mann waren total hilfsbereit, nett und immer für uns da. Vielen Dank!
