Description
Eos, Greek goddess of dawn: this gives the name to this lovely villa located in Lido di Noto, the seaside area of Noto, a Unesco World Heritage Site, which is only 10km away.
The villa is spread over 2 levels: ground floor and first floor.
The ground floor of the villa can be accessed either from the parking, at the back of the house, or from the pedestrian gate, from the main road, which opens onto a driveway that cuts the garden in half, leaving the splendid swimming pool on the left and the relaxation area on the right.
The driveway leads to a veranda with dining area and reading area. The interior houses the living area with a well-equipped kitchen and living area.
Note: The dishwasher currently available in the villa can cover up to 6 place settings.
The villa can accommodate up to 14 people in 7 bedrooms (5 doubles and 2 with twin beds, which can be joined if necessary).
4 of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and all have an entrance from the outside: the first, adjacent to the kitchen, can be accessed directly from the parking area; the other three are accessible from the pool area, instead.
Each room is air-conditioned and has its own private bathroom with shower.
The upper floor, reached via an external staircase, is a mini-apartment with a bar corner with fridge, sink and microwave, 3 bedrooms with private bathroom with shower and a splendid view of the pool and the sea.
At guests' disposal a barbecue and a laundry.
The villa is located about 30 meters from a small beach and 200 meters from the larger beach "Scogliera Bianca".
Electricity included up to 500 kWh; for extra consumption, €0.40/kWh will be calculated

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 1000. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

We were a big group of 7 adults and 5 children (age 14-6 years) who had a great time in this villa for a week. We used the local beach which we reached in 2 minutes and a very cozy beach restaurant with a lovely lunch. A short drive to Lido Di Noto with several restaurants and small food shops. We also went into Noto which was a very nice town. The host responded quickly when needed and we had a great holiday week🌞
Place was very nice, but FYI all first floor bedrooms are separate entries with own locks and non Connect to each other or to main area. Website only says ‘they all have outside entrance’. It would be an issue with young kids. We had issue with not having hot water for a few days. Otherwise the place was great for our family. The pool was really a plus. Giulia was very sweet and tried to help with any problems we had.
Tolles Haus!!!
It was a really nice house! It’s a bit weird with individual entrances to each room, but it kind of worked. Each room had a bathroom and an air condition. Even though it was a big house the dishwasher is very small. It was enough tableware, sun beds and chairs. Short walk (through a somewhat busy road) to a beautiful beach and small shops. The Hotel and bar was quite noisy at night, but if you close the doors it was OK. We had excursions to the city of Noto, Avola and Marzamemi by car. Recommend Noto and Marzamemi to eat and shopping.
