The visit to the GIASIRA estate is a regenerating experience for those who want to enjoy the best of the colours and scents of nature that surrounds the farm.

A visit to the winery and a walk through the vineyards are a unique experience for wine lovers, because they can get to know the territory where the winery is located, they can admire nature in every season and taste the wines where they are produced.

Winetours begin with a walk through the vineyards and along the paths surrounded by carob, almond and olive trees, to appreciate in every season the vegetative cycle of the plants. The tour continues with a guided visit of the winery, to finish with the organic wine and evo oil tasting.

At the end of each visit, the tasting of GIASIRA wines combined with Sicilian food specialties are able to conquer the most demanding palates.

Description: Sunset is the moment when you can admire the setting sun that colours the limestone of the drystone walls, that enclose the estate, and to appreciate the scents of the rich vegetation of Giasira. After a walk through the vineyards and in the garden of the estate, the tour ends with an aperitif with a tasting of 4 wines, with bread and extra virgin olive oil and mixed appetizers.
