House on the beach is a splendid beachfront house perfect for those looking for a beach holiday.
The house is located exactly in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, just cross the road.
The property was completely renovated in 2022.
The entrance is on the kitchen - living room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The living room opens onto a splendid veranda right in front of the sea which, especially at sunset, offers postcard views.
The property offers his own private parking for 1 car. On foot you can reach a bar, supermarket and newsagent.
At the beach located right in front of the house it is possible to book sunbeds and umbrella from 10 June to 31 August.
Tourist Tax to be paid before arrival.

Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Appartement très bien aménagé, avec équipements de cuisine et de salle de bains de grande qualité (chaises Stark…), literie au top, tout est neuf ou comme, installation électrique dernier cri. Un bémol sur l'annonce, car les photos présentent ensemble les DEUX appartements de la "house on the beach". La route est un problème, car la vitesse est limitée mais elle n'est pas respectée (90/100 à l'heure au ras de la terrasse!). Une action auprès de la mairie serait nécessaire.

Beach house was in a perfect location! We truly loved our stay here. House was clean and had all needed amenities to feel at home. Loved watching the sunset from the deck! Host was excellent … friendly and always helpful.
This stay was absolutely perfect from the very beginning to the end! We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of champagne and a lovely selection of traditional local treats — such a thoughtful and delightful gesture that made us feel instantly at home. The house itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and smelled amazing. Everything felt brand new and well-maintained. There was plenty of space, and we especially loved the gorgeous terrace, the comfortable and spacious rooms, and the fully equipped kitchen, which was truly a pleasure to use. We had a perfect parking spot for our car, which was very convenient and safe. The host provided lots of towels, including beach towels, dishwasher capsules, laundry detergent, and even personal hygiene products, which was incredibly thoughtful and made our stay so much easier. Our stay at the beach house was wonderful. The apartment is modern, superbly equipped, clean, and cozy. The best part was the terrace with its sea view, separated from the beach only by a road. We especially loved the little foot shower on the terrace. Our car had a private parking space. The area is quiet, and we had the beautiful beach all to ourselves at the end of October. Restaurants and supermarkets are a 10-minute drive away. We received a very warm welcome from the hosts. Saro and Angelo were very attentive, showed us around, and explained everything. Saro gave us great tips for excursions every day and brought us fresh fruit from his garden. We'll be back! 100% recommended!
