Description
Villa Bamboo is a lovely recently renovated property located in Santa Maria del Focallo, about 100 meters from the beach.
The villa is on one level and can accommodate up to 8 people.
The entrance is on the kitchen-living room where each element finds its right place, blending perfectly with the rest of the furniture and thus creating a harmonious environment. There is also a double sofa bed.
The living area leads to the sleeping area with 3 bedrooms (1 double + 2 twin bedrooms) and 1 bathroom with shower.
But the part that guests cannot help but love is the outdoor space where everyone will find their own corner to carve out a moment of privacy.
The fulcrum is certainly the splendid veranda with kitchen, wood oven, dining area, conversation area with sitting area and TV and view of the swimming pool with hydromassage where the watchword will be relaxation!
In a more secluded area of the house there is a second sitting room perfect for the aperitif time or for a good read.
Outside, at guests' disposal, there is also a second complete bathroom with shower (adjacent to the house), another poolside bathroom and an outdoor shower with hot water.

Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

We had very good family holidays at villa Bamboo. The house is just beautiful, very close to the beach and a few restaurants are in walking distance. The hosts where very courteous.
A simply beautiful villa. The stay was magnificent - clean, bright, cool and airy. The pool was cleaned often and a perfect size. The amenities were excellent with a kitchen indoor & outside and outdoor seating with a smart TV. Upon arrival we were greeted by Alessandro and Manuela, they were incredibly friendly, welcoming and patient when it came to translating conversation. Both were always on standby to respond to any questions and requests throughout our stay. We'd recommend hiring a car to get around, as the closest supermarket is about a 10min drive. Really close to the most beautiful beach though. Highly recommend overall!
Very relaxing stay at the Villa Bamboo. After 6 days walking around the fabulous towns of Syracuse and Noto the Villa Bamboo was the perfect place to finish our holiday. The Villa is in a quiet area minutes walk from a beautiful beach and a few restaurants. The Villa is well equipped for self catering, (indoor and outdoor gas hobs) and has indoor and outdoor Smart TV's with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. You will need your own accounts. Alessandro, who welcomed us to the Villa is very helpful and responded quickly to the few enquiries we sent him. Our Italian is very basic as is Alessandro's english, however using the translation app on his phone and What's App we communicated effectively. Isula Travel were also very helpful in answering questions and organizing our return taxi to the airport. A great stay and when we return to this part of Sicily we would be more than happy to stay again at Bamboo Villa. We hired a car and I would recommend this to other visitors as there is only a basic shop for food and drink within walking distance.
Excellent communication throughout the build up to the holiday to ensure we had all the information we needed and checklists covered.
