Description
Villa Brezza Marina has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It’s just 1400 metres from the sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo a short drive from the seaside town of Pozallo and Ispica.
The entry to the house is via an electronic gate leading into a small driveway shared with an other villa.
The Villa has a delightful outdoor space. A few steps lead up to a covered dining area with comfortable seating and a perfect view over the pool area. The wonderful salt water pool area is equipped with shower and sun loungers, and a wood barbeque and little toilet are present as well.
The glass doors lead to an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. To the right of the lounge there are two double bedrooms, both with en suite shower. A stair lead from the kitchen to the first floor where you’ll find other two bedrooms (one double and one twin room). The double room has a small terrace which overlooks the pool area. Another bathroom with shower is available on the same floor.
Villa Brezza Marina is a superb accommodation for a family or group.
Electricity included up to 250 kWh; for extra consumption € 0.80 / kWh
Tourist tax to be paid before arrival.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

The Villa fully met our expectations and the service of isula travel was excellent
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und seiner Ausstattung. Der Pool ist dabei das absolute Highlight. Die Betreuung vor Ort einschließlich Agentur war vorbildlich. Lediglich die Lage (über 1km vom sehr schönen Strand; im Inserat waren 500m angegeben) war nicht ideal, aber letztlich kein wichtiger Kritikpunkt
