Description
Villa Design is an outstanding villa from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the coast and the Aegadian Islands; furthermore it provides complete privacy and a calm relaxing atmosphere.
The property is located on a slope that overlooks the coast. The house is on three floors and can accommodate up to 12 guests. The outdoor area features a stylish garden with Mediterranean plants, and an elegant saltwater pool with infinity edge.
The pool is equipped with auto-cleaning robot, and it features hydromassage. The solarium is furnished with sun loungers, bean-bag chairs and parasols. The wide garden is surrounded by vineyards. 2 completely furnished panoramic terraces will be great spots where to have dinner, or to enjoy a relaxing aperitivo in the evening. You will also find a veranda with dining area and a BBQ grill.
Once you get inside you will clearly see how every detail has been taken care of. The house features a minimal interior design enhanced by beautiful luxury finishings. Even from the inside the view is astonishing, especially in the late afternoon when the sunset goes down on the sea, thanks to the large glass windowss. The ground floor of the house features a living room with dining area and a kitchen provided with everything you need, including a laundry area. Here you will also find 4 bedrooms: all can be arranged as doubles or twins depending on the customers’ needs. All the bedrooms have en-suite bathroom featuring either hydromassage shower or tub (plus a guest bathroom). In two of the rooms you will also find single sofa-beds for additional guests. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with independent air conditioning system, flat TV and a bathroom with hydromassage shower. From this room you will have direct access to one of the panoramic terraces.
Outdoor, near the main gate, you will find 2 private parking spots.

Safety deposit: € 1.000. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption. It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Up to 31 days before arrival date: 30% of the total amount of booking.
From 30 days to 16 days before arrival date: 50% of the total amount of booking.

From 7 days to 0 days before arrival date: 100% of the total amount of booking.

The villa is excellent and the views are even better than the photos. The owners were very helpful and ebevn though the English wasn't great we got all the help that we could have wished for from the agency.
Wonderful villa with an amazing view! There is enough space for 6-8 people. We had such a good time there. + great seaview with beautiful sunset + outdoor kitchen + every bedroom has its own bathroom + saltwater pool + quiet neighbourhood + 10 min drive to Marsala city + and of course the nice hosts! - indoor kitchen too small, no space to put stuff - bedrooms poorly soundproofed, you can here your roomies in the kitchen and doors closing/banging - night stand lamps are too bright, makes it hard to relax and read at night - no closet or shelf to put your clothes and toiletries in the upper bed- and bathroom - movement-lightning in the upper bathroom switches off every 1-2 minutes if you don't move, makes it difficult to shower in the evening when it's already dark outside and the sensor doesn't recognise you through the shower glasdoor
Outstanding villa with owners who couldn't be more friendly or helpful. Have no hesitation in recommending - we aged from 16 to 87 and the property served everyone well. Still miss the sunset views which were spectacular. Great base to explore West Sicily
