Description
Villa Fenicottero is an old farmhouse situated in a splendid panoramic position overlooking the famous reserve Pantani Longarini where every year you can witness the migration of various species of water birds, especially flamingos. Almond, olive and carob trees surround the entire villa.
The property consists of 2 dependances and a main house for a total of 12 beds, an amazing pool with solarium and a large garden.
The main house is made up of a living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a large veranda for relaxing moments. Each dependance is made up of a living room with sofa bed, one double bedroom, one single bedroom, bathroom with shower, private veranda.

Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

We had a wonderful experience with Isula Travel both from the agency itself and from the staff. Francesca and Bruna were so helpful, professional and understanding. I couldn’t fault my experience of booking and dealing with the accommodation, especially given the disruption to plans caused by the pandemic. The Villa itself met and even exceeded our expectations. It was extremely well appointed and the facilities were perfect for our extended family with young children and babies. We very much appreciated the additional toiletries, the baskets of cakes and biscuits and the milk, drinks, and cold meats and cheeses. Thank you for making our experience so special.
A large group of us, spanning 4 generations, stayed in Villa Fenicottero for a month-long family reunion to Sicily! Everyone, had a wonderful time and the consensus was that the villa was clean, well-maintained, beautiful, and comfortable. Our communication with Isula Travel was great and it was nice to have a contact during our stay whenever we had questions or concerns pop up.
