Description
Villa Livia is a modern villa with pool near the sea, completely renovated in 2020.
The house is spread over 2 floors. The main level is a mezzanine floor which is accessed via the 2 external stairs of 10 steps. On this level we find the kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor, where there are 2 other bedrooms, 1 bathroom with chromotherapy and a splendid terrace overlooking the pool and with the sea visible in the background of the panorama.
Outside there is the parking area, the beautiful swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen also equipped with a wood oven and a third bathroom.
The property is located in Fontane Bianche, just 300 meters from the rocks and 1km from the sandy beach.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Great service from start (browsing) to finish (booking and staying). Ersilia was prompt, attentive and always very helpful. Would definitely use again for our next Italy trip.
Very nice villa and we enjoyed our stay. After booking we received a very lengthy set of t&c with punitive additional charges for smoking etc even though this was allowed on the ab&b listing. Also mentioned the use of cctv. Had to sign these t&c, although in the end they did not apply to our villa. Isula could not accept either cash or cc for the payment of the tourist tax on arrival which was inconvenient.
The local representant/host. Very polite and service orientated.
From the initial booking of our Villa, to the day we left, the communication was excellent from everyone involved. Each time we made contact we had a response straightaway and nothing was too much trouble. Certainly recommend and would use again. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday
