Description
Villa Ohana is a Villa with pool located at just 100 meters from the golden sandy beach, perfect for families with toddlers or for people looking for a relaxing holiday by the sea.
The house consists of two levels: the ground floor, with a large livingroom with a single sofa bed, the kitchen, 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The first floor was built in 2021 and is accessible via an external staircase located at the rear of the house. This level consists of a small and cozy living room with kitchenette and 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom.
Moreover the property offers a very comfortable veranda on the ground floor to enjoy lunch and dinner, as well as a barbecue.
The outdoor has a beautiful swimming pool located on the lower part of the garden, offering sun beds, shadow and chairs.
Tourist tax to be paid before arrival.
Electricity consumption up to 250 kWh per week; for additional consumption € 0.35/kWh

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

We had a splendid week in the beautiful villa Ohana. Check in services as well as ongoing support in the course of the stay have been excellent.
