Description
The property can accommodate up to 7 people in 3 double bedrooms (one of which is triple) served by 3 bathrooms with shower.
The living area consists of an open kitchen with island, bright and well equipped which opens onto the external veranda with a breathtaking view of the sea.
The property was built with full respect for the environment and therefore represents the ideal destination for anyone looking for an eco-sustainable holiday dedicated to relaxation and tranquility.
The house is powered by a photovoltaic system which guarantees the daily energy needs. Only the air conditioning system works via a generator which, although completely silent, is located far from the house to ensure guests' peace of mind. The group must be powered manually, if necessary, via a button located in the electrical panel of the house.
Please note that electricity consumption is included up to 150 kWh. For extra consumption an extra of €0.40/kWh is required.

Carlo è stato gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. La casa è curata e tranquilla, a due passi si arriva al mare, ci sono gli scogli ma l'accesso è agevole ed il mare cristallino. Se sì vuole la spiaggia con sabbia basta fare 10 minuti di camminata e si arriva a marina di Ragusa dove c'è la spiaggia attrezzata. la cucina è fornita di tantissimi accessori. C'è l'aria condizionata ed anche dei comodi ventilatori per la notte. Ogni camera il letto matrimoniale ed ha il suo bagno privato. una delle camere ha anche un altro letto singolo.
Villa Pisciotto is a fantastic place to stay. Very nicely set, recently renovated, calm place, greatly located next to a beautiful beach (walking distance) with a breathtaking sea view. Carlo was taking the best care of us assuring all our needs were heard. He was extremely responsive and wiling to do anything right we requested for. We would book this place any time again!
