Description
Villa Ulivo is a newly built property perfect for a beach holiday.
The house is located 300 meters from the sandy beach and about 800 meters from the center of Marzamemi, which can also be reached on foot.
The property is spread over 2 levels. The ground floor consists of a living area, an open space with kitchen, dining table and sofa, as well as a service bathroom without shower. A staircase leads to the first floor, where there are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
Outside there is a small private garden of 200 square meters, with a 5x4 meter lovely swimming pool with outdoor shower and an outdoor kitchen complete with barbecue.
The villa is perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples of friends who love relaxing and having memorable moments together
Pool opening: 01.04 - 31.10 - Tourist tax to be paid before arrival.

Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

They are very efficient. We had a problem with the boiler and the immediately sent someone to fix it.
Really lovely villa. Good base to explore the South of Sicily if you have a car. But you don’t really need a car as the beach is literally at your doorstep (4 to 5 minute walk) and Marzamemi (a beautiful fishing village) is only 1km away (15 to 20 minute walk). The village is always busy and bustling during the summer (I visited in August). Very good food in nearby restaurants. Having the pool helped cool down and relax when we didn’t feel like going to the beach. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and were well looked after by the host.
We had a great family holiday at a villa in Marzamemi hosted by Lorena and IsulaTravel. Lorena was extremely helpful and always very responsive. The villa was perfect for our needs and exactly as advertised in the various directories. It was clean and in a really good location. We would definitely look to use IsulaTravel again.
We had a great family holiday at the villa which is a great option for a small family. The villa is in a great location, a quiet street with the beach a short walk away. The swimming pool is a real benefit and we spent most of our time during the day at either the beach or poolside. The Marzamemi town centre is very easy to get to and has a number of excellent restaurant options. It is very picturesque and has a lovely atmosphere in the evenings. There are also a number of supermarkets in nearby Pachino which is a short drive away. We would recommend renting a car to get around as although the beach is easily walkable we found it easier to drive into Marzamemi and Pachino. The host was very helpful and extremely responsive. Overall we had a great trip and would definitely recommend the villa.
The location of the the villa near Marzamemi was really good with good access to the historic center, beach and restaurants. The service managing the rental was excellent. Lorena took good care of us. The villa itself was not as expected at that price level. It did not match at all with the pictures in the web. The equipment was really poor and did not meet our expectations. We would recommend to do some upgrades to prevent further negative reviews.
