The property has, in fact, 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom, living room with open kitchen and a third bathroom for the living area which opens onto the welcoming outdoor veranda, perfect for having meals outside.
The villa is completed by a small swimming pool where guests can relax on hot summer having a bath or reading a good book or just drinking a cold drink.
The proximity of the beach, reachable on foot, gives the villa that added value which makes it particularly suitable for families with children.
Electricity consumption up to 250 kWh per week; for additional consumption € 0.40/kWh

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

La maison est parfaite, quelques mètres de la plage magnifique et avec une jolie piscine. Tout est aménagé avec goût et la maison est très confortable. Une mention spéciale à Maria et Alessandro qui ont été super sympas et nous ont gâté. Bref l’endroit parfait pour des vacances. Nous recommandons chaleureusement.
Simona and staff from IsulaTravel were always prompt and courteous with all correspondence. They would check on how we were, especially with the flight disruptions at Catania airport. We would definitely recommend using them again. The villa hosts Maria and Allesandro from Villa Vitarmi were very good with communiction and kindly met us late on arrival because of airline disruption. They had prepared some food and champagne which made us feel very welcome. Their villa was beautiful and well equiped. The pool was brilliant and the location close to beach added to the experience. There is the one of the best host I ever seen. Clean and nice house, ideal location for that region of Sicily. Just cross the road and you are on the beach. My favourite house on Sicily
