Villa White is a modern luxury villa with private pool located in the countryside near Modica. The house is surrounded by a large garden (2500 sqm) with a green lawn.
The pool is located at the back of the house, from where it's possible to enjoy a wonderful view of the countryside.
The property consists of 2 levels. On the ground floor there is a large living area with a full equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 ensuite bedrooms. On the first floor there are the other 2 ensuite bedrooms.
This villa is perfect for families and small groups

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.
