We really enjoyed our stay here

We really enjoyed our stay here. everyone involved was helpful and responsive. we had a few little troubles that threw us off, but they made things right. we had an issue where the upstairs apartment got locked from the inside and there was only one key. unfortunately it was some specialized door that took multiple technicians throughout a whole day to break in. the team was great and offer to have someone stay on property and deal with the technicians, but two of my family members were hopeful that the door would be opened sooner than later and lost out on a day waiting to get in and get access to their belongings. we had an issue with the AC and electricity the first day but the team had technicians there that evening to get it squared away. on one of our favorite spots of our trip. great location with access to Noto, Syracuse, modica, ragusa, and beaches.
