Villa Nerissa is a newly built property located about 100 meters from the splendid beach of Pozzallo, a charming seaside town.

The villa is on two levels, on the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and another complete bathroom, a bright living room, with dining area and kitchen that, thanks to large windows, opens onto the garden and the swimming pool. A parking lot is available to guests, which can accommodate up to 2 cars.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.
