Casa Natia is a beautiful villa, lovingly restored, in full respect of the traditions and style of the area.
Set in the countryside, it's located at just few kilometers from Marina di Modica and from Modica.
Casa Natia is equipped with every comfort and it's the perfect accommodation for a holiday by the sea, culture and relax.
The property sits in he middle of a garden with swimming pool, green grass and olive trees, adjacent to the owners' lands who offer to their guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in the culture of their biological company.
The house is equipped inside with a kitchen complete of all appliances, 4 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 3 bathrooms and 1 living room; outside there's a large veranda equipped with table, chairs, armchairs and overlooking the pool.
Casa Natia also offers free wi-fi, parking, bed linen, towels and, on request, additional services.

For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.

Great company to deal with! We had a weeks stay at Casa Natia, one of IsulaTravel's villas, which was absolutely perfect for us and we had a fab week. The search and booking process was seamless, Ersilia was super responsive and helpful throughout. We will not hesitate to use them again in the future!
Host gentilissimo e casa splendida
Amazing location, amazing host, amazing experience! The villa was perfect and complete with all tools we may need. IsulaTravel service has been perfect, they were kind and always available. We had an amazing week with our friends and family.
Accueil exceptionnel dans cette maison familiale. Giorgio et sa famille ont été d'une grande hospitalité. La maison et ses extérieurs sont superbes. Totalement équipée à un niveau jamais vu pour une location de vacances.
Nous avons passé une semaine à deux familles inoubliable, en pleine nature.

The house, the garden, the pool—everything is even more beautiful than the photos. The location is wonderfully peaceful. Georgio greeted us, and all sorts of delicious treats were waiting for us on the table. We received fresh eggs every day. Everything in the house was spotless. We contacted his son, Francesco, via the app. If there was anything, he responded within minutes. A thunderstorm broke the modem, but we had a new one the next day. We didn't have enough coal for the barbecue, and they didn't have any at the supermarket. He arrived within 5 minutes to bring us coal. The house was truly equipped with everything you could possibly need; even with a baby and a 4-year-old, we didn't need to buy anything extra. Our son got to ride the tractor with Francesco, and he loved it. Everything is essentially nearby, but you do need a car. The beach, the shops—everything is easily accessible. In short, very pleasant, especially thanks to the hosts who are so helpful!
