Description
Isula Relax is located in the countryside between Modica and Marina di Modica and is the perfect solution for a family with children.
The holiday home is located in a villa inhabited by the owners. The separate entrance, the access to the pool and the outdoor areas guarantee privacy and tranquility.
The entrance to the house is on the living room from which you access the other rooms: on the right is the kitchen, on the left you enter a double bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom and finally, through the door in front of the entrance, you enter to the second bathroom and to the second bedroom, which can be configured with 3 single beds or with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. This second bedroom does not have a direct opening to the outside, but still receives natural light from the window overlooking the living room.
Outside the property offers a reserved area with a pergola, a barbecue, an outdoor kitchen and the staircase leading to the pool area, in which there is another pergola, an annex with changing room and shower, and an outdoor shower. Finally, near the main entrance, another pergola hosts 2 parking places, one available to the owners and one reserved for guests, including a charging station.
Guests have independent access to the property through a dedicated remote control for opening and closing the electronic gate.
The use of the swimming pool is almost exclusively reserved for guests, except, rarely, the possibility of sharing it with Nina, Noemi and Giulia, the children of the family aged between 8 and 3 years.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Nice place and a very friendly host. It is located just a short drive from Modica and easy to get to Noto and Siracusa. it has a nice outdoor area and a parking spot inside the fenced garden.
Beautiful place and very well stocked with everything you could need. Enzo is really lovely and very responsive. He also left us coffee, bread, butter, milk, ham, cheese and wine and a few other things. It was great because we didn’t have to dash off to the supermarket.
What a wonderful place to spend a holiday! The house is situated in a beautiful, peaceful setting, with a lovely garden and swimming pool, and has lovely, dark bedrooms where everyone slept wonderfully. Our 10-month-old son felt right at home; a comfortable crib was ready for him, and thanks to the peace and quiet and dark rooms, he slept wonderfully. The outdoor kitchen was a real plus! We could cook or barbecue there and enjoy a lovely meal outside in the evenings. The beach is a 15-minute drive away, perfect for a day of sun, sea, and the charming beach bars. Enzo is a fantastic host: friendly, helpful, and always available for questions or tips about the area. When we arrived late (11:45 PM), he was politely waiting for us. Even if he was going to do something in the garden, he'd ask if it was okay first. Enzo and his family live above the apartment, but you have plenty of privacy. We had a wonderful time and would recommend it to everyone. (Tip for visiting Syracuse!)
We had the most fantastic stay at Enzo’s villa. It’s incredibly spacious, with nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms and a kitchen with everything you could need. The real stars are outside, with the pool and patio area the perfect place to spend hours soaking up the sun. The barbecue is also a great feature, making a perfect setting for an evening meal under the lights. The surrounding area is lovely too, with Modica, Ragusa, Noto and Siracusa all less than an hour away. Enzo couldn’t have been more helpful with any questions and we’d recommend this stay to anyone - we will be back!
We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was absolutely clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The excellent communication was particularly noteworthy – quick, friendly, and always helpful. Arrival and departure were also completely straightforward. The location is quiet and ideal for relaxation; however, a car is recommended to explore the surrounding area at your own pace. Overall, we can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation and would gladly return anytime!
