Description
Villa Afrodite is a newly built luxury property, a few steps from the sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo.
Particular attention has been paid to the choice of furniture, interior and exterior lighting, details and colors. The property is modern, welcoming and offers all the comforts: air conditioning, heating, fireplace, WI-FI access and a large car park.
The main building of the villa has a well equipped kitchen that opens onto a spacious and bright living room, 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, each with ensuite bathroom; the fourth bedroom is in the dependance, just next to the outdoor kitchen. The bathroom belonging to this bedroom is just in front of the bedroom itself.
Outside, besides the second kitchen, there is a barbecue, a dining area and an amazing swimming pool.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.
We had a wonderful stay in a villa with this provider in southern Italy. The villa was not only beautiful and very clean, but also perfectly equipped.
