The villa is developed around a bright living room, with dining area and kitchen which opens onto the garden and swimming pool thanks to large windows.
The sleeping area is also bright with 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which with ensuite bathroom, and a third complete bathroom.
Outside the veranda, furnished with a lounge and dining table, is perfect to spend enjoyable moments and directly overlooks the swimming pool with beach and hydromassage, surrounded by splendid olive trees.
A large car park, which can accommodate up to 4 cars, and a charging station for electric cars are available to guests.
The modern, clean and essential design and the brightness of the rooms represent the strong point of the villa, perfect for couples or small families.
Villa Giufra is strategically positioned to visit the entire Val di Noto, from the UNESCO sites such as Ragusa Ibla and Modica to the seaside villages such as Sampieri and Marzamemi.

We had a wonderful week in this dream villa – two families, each with a toddler. The house was spotless, very well-maintained, and the kitchen was superbly equipped. We were also delighted by the thoughtful little gifts we'd thoughtfully prepared – a very thoughtful gesture. Everything looked exactly like the pictures, if not even better. Our host, Francesco, was always available, incredibly friendly, and helpful. He checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. We felt completely at ease from the very first moment and can wholeheartedly recommend this house and Francesco as a host. A perfect place for a relaxing family vacation!
We received a warm welcome from the villa's owner, and a small welcome package with food, drinks, and fresh fruit was waiting for us – a lovely surprise. The accommodation is beautiful inside and out, new, modern, and spotlessly clean. The location is quiet but not isolated. We lacked for nothing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return!
Casa stupenda...locazione rilassante. Posizionamento strategico per visitare molti posti: città, spiagge ecc. La proprietà è stata molto gentile e presente. Alcuni piccoli imprevisti che possono capitare nella gestione di un'attività turistica ma tutto risolto. Voto molto alto!
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Giuffra. The house and garden are beautiful and easily match or exceed the photos. AC in every room, clean, modern. The garden and pool are a wonderful place to relax and stay. Simona and Francesco are perfect hosts, proactive and attentive, super fast and always there when you need something. The area is quiet, you feel safe. There are shops nearby, some with local and organic food, a real pleasure. The nearby beach is very clean, one beach place also has an excellent restaurant. For sightseeing the towns in proximity are sublime, mainly Ragusa. All in all perfect holidays!
