Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Fixed contact person who was very reliable. Clearly structured process. A bit complicated payment process (the reminder for the remaining payment should have been sent earlier). Contact in the booking person's native language would be advantageous.
Accueil chaleureux et logement propre, très bien équipé et charmant. Gloria et Manuela ont été extrêmement disponibles et serviables. Je recommande ce logement!
Die Buchung unseres Ferienhaus war einfach, sehr freundlich und sehr zuverlässig. Unsere Anfragen wurden schnell und umfassend bearbeitet. Das Ferienhaus entsprach der Beschreibung, eine frühere Anreise wurde möglich gemacht. Simona von Insula Travel hat sich mehrmals während des Urlaubs erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Simona was always available to answer any queries. The meeting point was easy to find & Gloria the owner was also available to help. The Villa garden & pool were unbelievable!
