The villa’s interiors are finished with neutral tones, wood and rattan accents, creating a relaxing holiday vibe.

From sandy beaches to the baroque cities of Val di Noto

From Villa Maura, you can easily walk to Fornace Penna, an iconic industrial archaeological site and famous filming location known as “La Mannara” from the TV series Inspector Montalbano. It is one of the most evocative spots in the area: at sunset, the golden light illuminates the building and the cliff below, creating a stunning scene for photos and romantic moments.

Beyond the Fornace stretches the long Punta Pisciotto beach, the charming fishing village of Sampieri. Only a 5-minute drive away, you’ll find Marina di Modica, a Blue Flag sandy beach with beach clubs, restaurants, cafés and nightlife.
