This pretty villa is set in the tranquility of the Sicilian countryside, only 3 Km far from Modica, Baroque town Unesco heritage.
The property is on one floor and consists of a living area with kitchen and dining / living room (where an additional bed is arranged if needed) plus a sleeping area with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with a mezzanine with a third single bed, a bathroom with a shower.
Kitchen and living room open onto a veranda overlooking the amazing private swimming pool you can enjoy day and night.

Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Wir (Familie mit drei Kindern im Alter von 14 bis 8 Jahren) waren in der Villa Silva sehr glücklich. Ich kann dieses Haus und die Vermieter sehr empfehlen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und es standen sizilianische Köstlichkeiten bereit. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Pool hat eine perfekte Größe um Marco Polo zu spielen. Ausserdem ist die Anordung der Zimmer, des Grillplatzes und des Pools optimal.
Das Haus liegt etwas abgeschieden in einer ländlicheren Gegend, etwa 5km vom Zentrum von Modica entfernt. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in ca. 5 Minuten Bäckereien, Supermärkte etc. Aufgrund der ländlichen Lage hört man keinen Verkehrslärm; dafür allerdings die auf dem Land in Sizilien üblichen Tiergeräusche (Hunde bellen, Hähne krähen etc.). Ein sehr großer und gut gepflegter Garten ist rund um das Haus angelegt. Im hinteren Garten befindet sich zudem ein schöner, großer Pool. Gerade im Sommer dürfte das ein idealer Rückzugsort sein (wir waren im Frühjahr da), zumal die Wohnung innen tendenziell eher kühl ist. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig und komfortabel eingerichtet und auch in der Küche sind die wesentlichen Dinge vorhanden. Für eine Familie mit 2-3 Kindern eine ideale Ausgangsbasis für Tagesausflüge in die nähere Umgebung.
