Description
This pretty villa is set in the tranquility of the Sicilian countryside, only 3 Km far from Modica, Baroque town Unesco heritage.
The property is on one floor and consists of a living area with kitchen and dining / living room (where an additional bed is arranged if needed) plus a sleeping area with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with a mezzanine with a third single bed, a bathroom with a shower.
Kitchen and living room open onto a veranda overlooking the amazing private swimming pool you can enjoy day and night.

Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Great service, from reservation inquiry until leaving the villa! Amazing house, the garden, all the equipment, not to mention the pool! We were a family of four, and love to cook dinners, which this place offered great facilities for (outdoor grill and all neccessary kitchen equipment). Clean and stylish villa both inside and outside. Location good, to explore the southern parts. Nearest beaches some 15-20 min away, and within 1h you have a bunch of options.
Bien equipada y una maravillosa piscina. Excelente anfitriona, Floriana. Preocupada de solucionar cualquier duda. Ademas nos tenía una botella de vino, arancini, fruta, bebidas, detergente y mucha agua. Muy pero muy buena anfitriona Solo sugeriría que tuviesen unos 2-3 canales en ingles para los que no hablan italiano. Uno de noticias y dos de películas y/o series
Logement superbe, répondant parfaitement à la description! La piscine est incroyable et le jardin avec les arbres fruitiers est tout le charme sicilien. Petit bémol à cause d’aboiements de chiens la nuit, mais qui n’est pas du fait des hôtes. Nous avons reçu un accueil formidable, avec des spécialités siciliennes pour le dîner. Tout le confort que l’on peut souhaiter pour 1 semaine de vacances ! Superbe ! Les villes baroques autour sont à voir! Et les supermarchés sont à 7 min en voiture. Génial! À une prochaine avec grand plaisir!
Wir haben die Zeit im der Villa sehr genossen. Ein Riesen Pool, sehr sauber, gemütliches Bett, sehr gut gelegen um viele Ausflüge zu machen. Der Garten ist ein Traum! Vielen Dank
We really enjoyed the house; it was fully equipped, and the pool was fantastic. We received a friendly welcome, and the owner was also present. A delicious package with wine, local delicacies, and fruit was waiting for us. We were amazed by everything the house had to offer. And we were free to use everything. We do have a small tip for the future: some soft cushions for the outdoor loungers would be nice. For us, this was a fantastic house to spend our holiday.
