Description
Sea Home is a stunning seafront property with pool, overlooking the sea, completely renovated in 2018, located in Marina di Modica.
The outdoor of the house consists of a beautiful garden with pool from where you can enjoy an amazing view on the sea, and a large veranda equipped with sofa, table and chairs. The indoor consists of one open space including the kitchen and the living room, with a beautiful view on the garden and the sea, 1 double bedroom with bathroom ensuite, 1 double room, 1 twin room and the main bathroom.
The sea is just at 30 meters from the gate, with cliff at sea level, from where is easily possible to enter into the water to enjoy the Mediterranean sea; the nearest golden sandy beach is at 700 meters, more or less 8 minutes of walk, or less with the bikes offered for free.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Absolutely wonderful. Great location..just a small footpath separated the villa from the beach. The villa itself has all the amenities you need which makes life so much easier. The pool was great and it is well decorated with nice furniture. Within 45min drive there are plenty of things to do like going to the stunning villages of Syracusa and Noto.
We booked the villa with a 'experience package'. We can highly recommend it since the experiences are on a very small scale therefore are very unique. We thank Francesco and Giulia for their guidance.
So here is my top 5: 1. Take a glass of wine in the evening and enjoy just the sound of the waves. 2. Take a or multiple yoga sessions from Body vibes yoga. It will take you to a place far away from your daily thoughts. 3. Book a wine tasting in the country side 4. Have a private chef cook for you in the garden with the sea as a backdrop. Food is amazing and you feel like a billionaire. 5. Go to Noto and enjoy the historic architecture. PS. We even had a private professional swimming teacher Piero, who gave swimming lessons to our 5 year old daughter. She had so much fun and learned a lot.

Ho trascorso una vacanza perfetta, presso la villa Sea Home a Marina di Modica. E' stato tutto perfetto, dall'accoglienza del proprietario, il signor Vincenzo, persona di rara e squisita disponibilità e gentilezza, alla bellissima villa dotata di tutti i confort, pulita, arredata con stile e con una vista mare indimenticabile. A chi desidera una vacanza piena di energia positiva, in una bellissima località siciliana, tranquilla, silenziosa, lontana dal caos, a due passi da uno splendido mare blu, Sea Home è il posto ideale! Grazie ancora a Vincenzo, a tutto lo staff di Isula per la professionalità e l'ottimo lavoro svolto.
There aren’t enough superlatives to describe what a wonderful relaxing time we had in this beautiful villa. Modern, quiet, peaceful and spotlessly clean with the most stunning views over the private pool to the sea beyond the end of the garden. Vincenzo was fantastic and a wonderfully generous host, welcoming us and giving us great advice on the local restaurants, everything from the best places to get the most mouthwatering canoli and coffee for less than €3 to Michelin starred restaurants. He responded quickly to WhatsApp/texts but never intrusive, a perfect host. I didn’t want to write this review and keep this little piece of heaven a secret, but Vincenzo deserves every success with this stunning villa. We will be back, I just hope it’s not fully booked!
We had a great time here. The house is super modern and well equipped. The view from the lounge on the terrasse over the green gras and the blue pool to the sea is unforgettable and unique. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the nice owner and the representative of Isula Travel :-)
