Description
The interiors, with a modern and refined design, are characterized by large windows that open onto the outside, making all the rooms warm, bright and welcoming.
The living area consists of a living area and a dining area with an open kitchen with peninsula, modern and well equipped.
The living area opens onto one of the two verandas that characterize the property, located at the back of the villa and equipped with a dining table. The dining area, on the other hand, opens onto the second veranda from which it is possible to enjoy the panorama and get lost in the immensity of the surrounding countryside.
The living area leads to the sleeping area consisting of 3 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom.
There is also a fourth bathroom serving the living area.
To complete the magnificence of the property, the splendid swimming pool with hydromassage and panoramic view.
Surrounded by 3000 m2 of land, the villa offers maximum privacy and the possibility of exploring the countryside while enjoying splendid sunsets over the valley.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

This is an amazing villa in a beautiful place. Everything was so good and the host gave us useful tips. I can recommend it a lot.
This villa is a perfect place to fully relax and immerse in peace. Absolutely peaceful surroundings, beautiful landscape and nice nighttime panorama of the nearest town of Rossolini (located at around 10 min car drive from the villa). The host Orizio is very helpful and easy to communicate with.
Place is great and we were as alone as we wanted.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Regina Noto! The house was spotless and the views were dreamy. The infinity pool overlooking the countryside was very relaxing. Orazio, our host, was very kind and helpful with questions and local recommendations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean and relaxing stay in Sicily.
