Description
The interiors, with a modern and refined design, are characterized by large windows that open onto the outside, making all the rooms warm, bright and welcoming.
The living area consists of a living area and a dining area with an open kitchen with peninsula, modern and well equipped.
The living area opens onto one of the two verandas that characterize the property, located at the back of the villa and equipped with a dining table. The dining area, on the other hand, opens onto the second veranda from which it is possible to enjoy the panorama and get lost in the immensity of the surrounding countryside.
The living area leads to the sleeping area consisting of 3 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom.
There is also a fourth bathroom serving the living area.
To complete the magnificence of the property, the splendid swimming pool with hydromassage and panoramic view.
Surrounded by 3000 m2 of land, the villa offers maximum privacy and the possibility of exploring the countryside while enjoying splendid sunsets over the valley.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 500. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen um eine entspannte und ruhige Zeit zu verbringen. Der Pool ist wunderschön und durch die tolle Lage auch schön warm. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen jedoch ist in 20 Minuten eigentlich alles nötige zu erreichen. Unser Gastgeber war auch immer zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung.
Het uitzicht was zo prachtig!! Heerlijk vanuit het zwembad ultiem genieten. Super ruim en schoon huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is kostbaar, maar je krijgt er veel voor terug ☺️

Very nice villa with an amazing view, kids friendly and beautiful infinity pool, spacious house, where we felt very detached from the busy life and noise.. so relaxing - you can sit for hours outside looking at that view and listen to the birds. The owner was very kind and helpful, and made sure we landed nicely! From the villa we visited Noto and Syracuse- such beautiful places! Thanks for letting us visit this amazing place!
We kregen vooraf duidelijke instructies waar we naartoe konden rijden. We waren later dan gepland; dit was geen probleem. Toen we, in het donker, aan kwamen, stond de vriendelijke eigenaar ons met zijn auto onder aan de heuvel op te wachten. Het huis is prachtig en meer dan compleet. Misschien goed om te weten dat één slaapkamer en badkamer apart van het huis zijn (een paar meter er vandaan). Dat was voor ons geen probleem. Onze huurauto had helaas een lekke band. Dat had natuurlijk niets met het huis te maken, maar toen de autoverhuurder het niet oploste, hebben we toch maar advies gevraagd aan de huiseigenaar. Hij reageerde meteen, stond al snel bij het huis om te kijken of hij de band zelf kon laten maken en is de volgende dag met ons meegegaan naar een garage. Echt ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam! We hebben genoten van het zwembad, de pooltafel en de omgeving met de prachtige steden. En vooral van het uitzicht; ik weet niet of we dat ooit beter gaan hebben.
