Description
Blu Mediterraneo House is a terraced house located in a residential complex consisting of 5 properties, with pool, just 30 meters from the golden beach.
Every house has independent access. Each unit is on 2 levels. On the ground floor, through a large living room entrance, there is access to 2 bedrooms, (1 double and 1 twin/double), 1 bathroom and the kitchen.
The staircase located in the living room leads to the first floor, where there is 1 triple bedroom (double bed + single bed), a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the pool.
Outside, each unit has a private veranda, with barbecue, table and chairs. Furthermore, each unit has a reserved parking place.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 250. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Wspaniały pobyt, bardzo pomocny gospodarz Paolo, bardzo czysty i przyjemny basen, i szeroka, czysta i piękna plaża (pod koniec czerwca nadal prawie pusta) dwie minuty spacerem od domu. W mieszkaniu klimatyzacja, cały osprzęt kuchenny, grill, olbrzymie dwa tarasy na piętrze i wielki taras na parterze, polecam serdecznie każdemu!
Wir hatten einen sehr, sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus, in dem uns Paolo überaus freundlich empfangen hat. Unsere Kinder (6 & 8 Jahre) haben den Pool geliebt. Der fußläufig in 5min zu erreichende Strand war sehr schön und Ende Mai noch leer. Das Haus liegt in einer privaten Zufahrt und man kann das Auto sicher im Carport auf dem Grundstück parken. Ausflüge im Südosten der Insel sind leicht machbar und Paolo hatte viele Tipps. Einziges Problem ist die Müllentsorgung, für die der Vermieter aber nichts kann. In der Kommune gibt es mobile Müllinseln, die man nach Zeitplan aufsuchen muss und die nicht unbedingt direkt um die Ecke sind. Das benötigt etwas Planung. Dem Urlaub tat dies keinen Abbruch. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.
