Description
Blu Mediterraneo House is a terraced house located in a residential complex consisting of 5 properties, with pool, just 30 meters from the golden beach.
Every house has independent access. Each unit is on 2 levels. On the ground floor, through a large living room entrance, there is access to 2 bedrooms, (1 double and 1 twin/double), 1 bathroom and the kitchen.
The staircase located in the living room leads to the first floor, where there is 1 triple bedroom (double bed + single bed), a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the pool.
Outside, each unit has a private veranda, with barbecue, table and chairs. Furthermore, each unit has a reserved parking place.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 250. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt Ende Mai. Das Wetter ist perfekt für alle die es nicht zu warm mögen und mit kleinen Kindern. Es sind kaum Touristen dort und alles bereitet sich langsam auf die Hauptsaison vor. Wir wurden von Paolo vor Ort sehr gut betreut. Er kümmert sich um das Grundstück, ist immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist super geschnitten, die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe, es ist alles sehr sauber und die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Kombination mit Pool und so nah am Meer ist einfach unschlagbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
