Description
Blu Mediterraneo House is a terraced house located in a residential complex consisting of 5 properties, with pool, just 30 meters from the golden beach.
Every house has independent access. Each unit is on 2 levels. On the ground floor, through a large living room entrance, there is access to 2 bedrooms, (1 double and 1 twin/double), 1 bathroom and the kitchen.
The staircase located in the living room leads to the first floor, where there is 1 triple bedroom (double bed + single bed), a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the pool.
Outside, each unit has a private veranda, with barbecue, table and chairs. Furthermore, each unit has a reserved parking place.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 250. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Super Urlaub. Die Anlage kann man einfach nur weiter empfehlen. Paolo hat es uns so angenehm wie möglich gemacht. Der Pool war für unser Kinder Ideal. Auch die Nähe zum Strand einfach Perfekt. Ein Makel nur die Sonnenschirmen am Pool sollten besser gesichert sein da die Sonnenschirmständer nicht immer Standhalten.
We had a lovely time at the villa, great location and the amenities / pool at the place was fantastic. Right across from the beach and down the road from a few lovely local Italian restaurants. We had one issue with the bathroom but it was resolved very quickly! Would definitely recommend for couples or families. Great experience and great time.
