Description
Blu Mediterraneo House is a terraced house located in a residential complex consisting of 5 properties, with pool, just 30 meters from the golden beach.
Every house has independent access. Each unit is on 2 levels. On the ground floor, through a large living room entrance, there is access to 2 bedrooms, (1 double and 1 twin/double), 1 bathroom and the kitchen.
The staircase located in the living room leads to the first floor, where there is 1 triple bedroom (double bed + single bed), a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the pool.
Outside, each unit has a private veranda, with barbecue, table and chairs. Furthermore, each unit has a reserved parking place.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 250. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

We enjoyed our stay and everything worked out fine. 4 stars, because I received a bit too many mails and the fact, that the kitchen could have had better utensils.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans le logement. Les premiers contacts se font via une société de gestion, un peu pressante, qui souhaite obtenir l'heure d'arrivée quelques jours avant via un formulaire sur leur site (hors Airbnb) et le paiement de la taxe de séjour. Des frais de 50€ sont appliqués pour une arrivée après 20h. Le jour même, bon accueil de Paolo sympathique et réactif. Le logement est propre et conforme à la description, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de table à l'intérieur. Agréable piscine chauffée. La résidence compte 5 appartements avec chacun sa terrasse/jardin privatif mais l'insonorisation est faible. Il est indiqué que l'électricité est incluse. En réalité, Paolo nous a informé que nous avions droit à 150kWh pour notre séjour. Nous n'avons pas dépassé cette limite mais la consommation doit vite grimper avec la climatisation par forte chaleur. Par ailleurs, nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude le dernier jour, problème technique. Globalement, un bon rapport qualité-prix
