Description
Blu Mediterraneo House is a terraced house located in a residential complex consisting of 5 properties, with pool, just 30 meters from the golden beach.
Every house has independent access. Each unit is on 2 levels. On the ground floor, through a large living room entrance, there is access to 2 bedrooms, (1 double and 1 twin/double), 1 bathroom and the kitchen.
The staircase located in the living room leads to the first floor, where there is 1 triple bedroom (double bed + single bed), a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the pool.
Outside, each unit has a private veranda, with barbecue, table and chairs. Furthermore, each unit has a reserved parking place.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 250. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

We had a great stay at Blu Mediterraneo. Lovely new villa with a pool and 1 minute walk to a beautiful blue flag beach. Villa was clean and a good size with nice outdoor areas at the front and back to relax and eat. We were happy it had air conditioning. Central location for day trips to many nearby scenic towns. We would recommend it and also the staff at Isula Travel were friendly and professional.
Excellent experience. We’ll enjoy again in the future. Highly recommended.
Great place with the lovely beach less than 100 m away. Modern accommodation with air conditioned bedrooms and great swimming pool.
Sehr gute Lage, Pool und Strand sind sehr schön. Meiste Häuser in Nachbarschaft sind auch Ferienhäuser, nach Season sehr ruhig. Wir haben es in Oktober sehr genossen.
