Description
Blu Mediterraneo House is a terraced house located in a residential complex consisting of 5 properties, with pool, just 30 meters from the golden beach.
Every house has independent access. Each unit is on 2 levels. On the ground floor, through a large living room entrance, there is access to 2 bedrooms, (1 double and 1 twin/double), 1 bathroom and the kitchen.
The staircase located in the living room leads to the first floor, where there is 1 triple bedroom (double bed + single bed), a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the pool.
Outside, each unit has a private veranda, with barbecue, table and chairs. Furthermore, each unit has a reserved parking place.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 250. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

La prenotazione sul sito è stata facile e veloce, i servizi inclusi chiari e corrispondenti a quanto trovato. Isula Travel è stato molto presente prima e dopo il soggiorno, con informazioni puntuali e precise. Blu Mediterraneo è un magnifico residence a pochi passi dal mare, ci siamo goduti la permanenza. Paolo è un ottimo proprietario, ci siamo trovati benissimo.
Ottimo per famiglie con bambini. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile. Unica pecca le formiche, nonostante la pulizia che effettuavamo ogni giorno la casa ne era piena in particolare la zona inferiore della casa.
Alloggio fantastico e proprietario Sempre disponibile e cortese… Super consigliato
