Description
Blu Mediterraneo House is a terraced house located in a residential complex consisting of 5 properties, with pool, just 30 meters from the golden beach.
Every house has independent access. Each unit is on 2 levels. On the ground floor, through a large living room entrance, there is access to 2 bedrooms, (1 double and 1 twin/double), 1 bathroom and the kitchen.
The staircase located in the living room leads to the first floor, where there is 1 triple bedroom (double bed + single bed), a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the pool.
Outside, each unit has a private veranda, with barbecue, table and chairs. Furthermore, each unit has a reserved parking place.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 250. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

We had a really good, new accommodation. Everything was easy and Mr Paolo was nice. Only the surrounding in St. Maria de la Focallo was not so beautiful.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è servita di tutto, molto pulita. Vicina alla spiaggia, bella la piscina.
Wir haben mit 2 Familien ( 4 Erwachsene, 2 Babys, 1 Kind) eine Woche im Mai 2022 bei der Unterkunft verbringen dürfen. Vorweg, die Unterkunft bietet alles was man sich wünschen kann und setzt einen enorm hohen Vergleichsstandard. Der Gastgeber Paolo begrüßte uns persönlich, hat uns jedes Detail erklärt und war stets erreichbar bzw. Regelmäßig für Fragen vor Ort. Die Wohnung ist absolut Kleinkind tauglich, alles ist mehr als sicher. Super sauber, alles was man braucht in der Wohnung vorhanden. Der Strand ist sauber, sehr Lang und hat einen sehr flachen langen Stehbereich im Wasser. Er ist zu Fuß in ca. 75 Metern erreichbar. Der Pool war immer sauber, und ist von der Terrasse aus gut zu sehen ( Kinder) Auto muss dabei sein, die nächste richtige Einkaufsmöglichkeit liegt in Pozzallo. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen gern wieder!
Everything was fine. We liked the Property very much. It was close to the sea and the pool was also very Nice. The team of isula travel was always very polite and answered our questions immediately. Thanks for great holidays!
