Description
Blu Mediterraneo House is a terraced house located in a residential complex consisting of 5 properties, with pool, just 30 meters from the golden beach.
Every house has independent access. Each unit is on 2 levels. On the ground floor, through a large living room entrance, there is access to 2 bedrooms, (1 double and 1 twin/double), 1 bathroom and the kitchen.
The staircase located in the living room leads to the first floor, where there is 1 triple bedroom (double bed + single bed), a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the pool.
Outside, each unit has a private veranda, with barbecue, table and chairs. Furthermore, each unit has a reserved parking place.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 250. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

siamo stati a Blue Mediterraneo House e simo stato molto contenti, Paolo il propretario e la sua famiglia sono fantastici e sempre pronti per qualsiasi richiesta. La casa e veramente bella e atrezzata con tutto quello che si necessita. Noi siamo stati veramente bene e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Posto e spiaggia bellissimi.
Bellissima casa e molto pulita. Si trova in una splendida location in Sicilia. La raccomanderei a famiglie o gruppi di amici!
Ottima esperienza partendo dalla prenotazione con isula travel (sempre disponibili e molto professionali). fino all'arrivo alla "Blu Mediterraneo House" a Ispica Mare, a 50mt dal mare (reali), spiaggia libera infinita, pulita, con addirittura doccia pubblica gratuita, il tutto praticamente uscendo dal residence, volendo a 300mt lido attrezzato. Residence composto da 5 unità, tutte con zona affacciata sulla piscina e retro per pranzare ed effettuare barbecue (presente in tutte le casette), ottimo l'arredamento, tutte le camere da letto con aria condizionata, belli i bagni, bellissima la piscina, con ombrelloni, lettini e sdraio a sufficienza per tutti, parcheggio privato. detto questo, il surplus di questo posto è senz'altro Paolo (il proprietario) persona gradevolissima, sempre presente, prodigo di informazioni, e di una gentilezza unica. Ps. al ns. arrivo abbiamo trovato in casa, come benvenuto, tutto l'occorrente per la prima colazione, e molto altro.... che dire.... ci manca già tantissimo.... Graze Paolo.

This trip was simply one of the most easiest to handle, relaxing and stressless trips I have ever had. The location in Ispica was absolutely gorgeous, and easy to get an overview of. Instead of taking the ferry from Malta, we decided to travel to the closest airport and rent a car to drive around. We highly recommend that travellers wishing to experience different sides of Sicily do the same. We were lucky enough to have the whole lot to ourselves for a week as it was beginning of season. The lot itself is clean, updated and has most of the things you need for a vacation - we spent several of our days at or close to the lot. Still with others guests there I think you'll find it non-problematic to get a relaxing experience. Besides, the beach is just a throw of a rock away from the entrance and has a beautiful scenery. All in all I would absolutely return, but make sure that you read exactly which expenses you will be required to pay for during your stay. Thanks again!
