Description
Blu Mediterraneo House is a terraced house located in a residential complex consisting of 5 properties, with pool, just 30 meters from the golden beach.
Every house has independent access. Each unit is on 2 levels. On the ground floor, through a large living room entrance, there is access to 2 bedrooms, (1 double and 1 twin/double), 1 bathroom and the kitchen.
The staircase located in the living room leads to the first floor, where there is 1 triple bedroom (double bed + single bed), a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the pool.
Outside, each unit has a private veranda, with barbecue, table and chairs. Furthermore, each unit has a reserved parking place.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 250. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

It was a great stay at the Blu Mediterraneo House in Ispica. The booking was easy and everything was nice. The house is enough big for 6 people in our case, it has everything you need, specially the outside (veranda) and the pool are very nice and we enjoyed many time in these areas. The beach is just 50 meters away, it's nice, clear water and good accessible for the children, it was a very positive experience.
Una settimana in famiglia praticamente perfetta, Appartamento grande, pulito e con tutti i servizi necessari. Distanza dal mare e la presenza della piscina un plus innegabile. Paolo, il gestore, gentilissimo e disponibile con le dritte giuste su luoghi e cose da fare.
Ein schöner Ort für einen Urlaub mit der Familie, ein schöner Strand, mehrere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Höflicher und entgegenkommender Gastgeber, sauber geräumiges neues Haus, gut ausgestattete Küche. Es gibt nur positive Erinnerungen, es weckt den Wunsch, erneut dorthin zurückzukehren.
Villetta veramente bella. Ambienti interni molto spaziosi puliti e curati. Gli spazi esterni ampi e rilassanti super accessoriati con barbecue tavolo e seggiole. La piscina in comune con le altre 4 villette veramente bella e pulita. Tutto ciò posizionato a 50 metri da un’infinita spiaggia dorata. Da evidenziare la cordialità di Paolo il padrone di casa.
Appartamento molto bello, ottimamente rifinito ed equipaggiato ... Non manca nulla. Contesto molto pulito ed ordinato. Posizione fantastica con comoda piscina e mare spettacolare a vista ... Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile.
