Description
Blu Mediterraneo House is a terraced house located in a residential complex consisting of 5 properties, with pool, just 30 meters from the golden beach.
Every house has independent access. Each unit is on 2 levels. On the ground floor, through a large living room entrance, there is access to 2 bedrooms, (1 double and 1 twin/double), 1 bathroom and the kitchen.
The staircase located in the living room leads to the first floor, where there is 1 triple bedroom (double bed + single bed), a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the pool.
Outside, each unit has a private veranda, with barbecue, table and chairs. Furthermore, each unit has a reserved parking place.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 250. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Posizione vicinissima al mare. Si arriva in spiaggia a piedi e la località è abbastanza attrezzata. La struttura nuova, pulita e accogliente ci ha permesso di trascorrere giorni di relax e divertimento. Ambiente raccolto con piscina moderna. Villini con ambienti interni funzionali. Sono veramente soddisfatto. Gentilissimo il proprietario. Sempre presente e disponibile. Ci ritornerei.
If you liked the pictures, you will love the flat and swimming pool area. All is nice , tidy and well renovated. Beach of sand is just 50m away and cleaned every morning ;a safe place for kids to swim as well. The owner is very friendly and the atmosphere is really quite and peaceful. We were glad to have found it and recommend its booking to family and lovers; just a bit suite for teenagers but a good starting point to visit the island southern part.

Appartamento molto accogliente, pulito e ben accesoriato, a due passi dal mare. Siamo stati bene ed abbiamo trascorso dei bei pomeriggi in piscina.Paolo, molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Non ho dato 5 stelle perché il condizionatore della mansarda a tratti faceva rumore.
