Description
Blu Mediterraneo House is a terraced house located in a residential complex consisting of 5 properties, with pool, just 30 meters from the golden beach.
Every house has independent access. Each unit is on 2 levels. On the ground floor, through a large living room entrance, there is access to 2 bedrooms, (1 double and 1 twin/double), 1 bathroom and the kitchen.
The staircase located in the living room leads to the first floor, where there is 1 triple bedroom (double bed + single bed), a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the pool.
Outside, each unit has a private veranda, with barbecue, table and chairs. Furthermore, each unit has a reserved parking place.

Conditions
Safety deposit: € 250. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in booking). It’s always valid the right to compensation for higher damage.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 61 days before the arrival date, no charge.
For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% will be charged.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged.

Location strategica. Casa ben arredata, piscina pulita, tutto a due passi dal mare. Fantastico!
Una settimana in tranquillità, poco distante da mare, case totalmente nuove, totalmente accessoriata... Paolo una persona molto disponibile e gentile.
Residence magnifico e proprietario sempre gentile e disponibile, non potevo fare scelta migliore. Mare a due passi e piscina splendida.
Struttura meravigliosa, nuova e pulita! Fornita di tutti i conforts (aria condizionata, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, barbecue, forno etc.), dotata di una bellissima piscina e vicinissima al mare. Il proprietario sempre disponibile e gentile, è l'ideale per una vacanza con la famiglia e gli amici di relax o divertimento (la struttura è vicina a tantissimi luoghi di interesse: Pozzallo, Marzamemi, Noto, Ispica). Ritorneremo sicuramente è stata una delle vacanze al mare più belle!
La location oltre che confortevole è anche molto carina ed ubicata in un luogo tranquillo ed incantevole sotto molti punti di vista. Relax assicurato. Da evidenziare anche la buona accoglienza, attenzione e cortesia della proprietà.
